What makes Saint Moon products special?
Every Saint Moon piece is thoughtfully designed, lovingly made in the UK, and crafted with personalisation in mind because every child deserves something truly unique.
Can I personalise any product?
Most of our products offer the option to personalise. Just look for the "Personalise Me" button on the product page.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! Many of our items come with the option of beautiful gift packaging perfect for special occasions and keepsake moments.
How do I contact you?

Do you restock sold-out items?
Some of our pieces are seasonal or limited edition, but feel free to email us we’ll let you know if and when it’s coming back.
SHIPPING
How long does it take to receive my order?
If you select "Personalise Me", please allow an additional 2 working days for us to create your special item. Ready-to-ship products are dispatched sooner, and next-day delivery is available for those.
What delivery options do you offer?
We currently offer a flat-rate shipping option within the UK. Next-day delivery is available for non-personalised items.
Do you ship internationally?
Not just yet but we're working on it! Stay tuned or sign up to our newsletter for updates on international delivery.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched so you can follow its journey.
Who handles your shipping?
We fulfill and ship all orders ourselves to ensure your items are treated with care every step of the way.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Can I return a personalised item?
Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on personalised items unless there’s a fault on our end but if there is, we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
What’s your return window?
If your item is faulty or incorrect, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it. We’ll offer a full refund or replacement.
How do I start a return?
Just drop us an email at info@saintmoon.co.uk with your order details. We’ll guide you through the process from there.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
If the fault is on our side, we’ll cover the return costs. If returning for any other reason, postage is your responsibility.
What condition should my return be in?
Returns must be in original condition and packaging. Please use a tracked service, as we can’t be responsible for lost or damaged items.
